Only what is needed
Digital Office uses only cookies and browser storage that are needed for it to work. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
What we store
Sign-in session (cookies set by our authentication provider, Supabase): keeps you signed in securely.
Organisation choice (cookie "do_org"): which of your organisations you are working in.
Sidebar preference (cookie "do_sidebar") and colour theme (browser storage "do-theme").
"Not now" for the welcome tour (a cookie that lasts until the browser is closed).
The last page you visited in each organisation (browser storage), so switching back returns you there. Only page addresses are stored — never business information.
Your choices
You can delete these in your browser settings at any time; you will then need to sign in again and your preferences reset. Because they are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent to use them. TO CONFIRM with counsel: wording under the applicable laws.
